Sugamidex: A Modest and Deep Blockade Reversal Drug
It can take approximately about three minutes to get full neuromuscular blockade reversal with sugamidex. So neo-stigmatinic glycopyrilate, not the ideal drug for rapid reversal. The most important thing to keep in mind is that it's primarily excreted via the kidneys. We'll touch back on once we talk about patients who have renal impairment.
