How Do I Get the Widest Variety of Opinions?

I think that in most a companies, it is very difficult for people to disagree with their boss. So if you are a boss, you should about that and figure out how do i get the widest variety of opinions? I've been teaching for as long as i've been trading, and i have just found that the more i can subvert my ego and not take things personally  the more i'm willing to suffer humility.
