The Processor Isn't Managing Input and Output Operations

The processer won't necessarily deal with import that you give it instantaneously. It might, you might wait for a while to be processed if it's doing something that the interrupt handler regards as being more important. Normally this doesn't make a huge difference, because my processor is run billions of times every second. And so even if it has to wait for a thousand cycles, or even a million cycles, the impot will still generally be processed very quickly. But tat only happens when there's something rong with the system. i usually that can be rectified by shutting down whatever programme is as using up all your memory and im bogging down your processer.
