How Do You Decide to Work in a Company?

After a few short weeks after your son was born and you said you did it because you were comfortable and complacent how did you make that decision yeah there was a lot going on then. I just remember thinking about one I'm ready to do my own thing again and go back to freelancing like you know we're starting my own business the other thing is working in a company I think often leads to complacency.
