Stephen Butcher: A Master of Escape

Stephen Butcher was facing a jury at Ipswich Crown Court, accused of the murder of Scott Terrence. He pleaded not guilty and claimed that he acted in self-defense when he stabbed him eight times. Rebecca Supple had been just evidence in the trial but she claims she suffered a panic attack and instead went to Amsterdam. She gave evidence saying that Scott had thrown a glass at butchering a nightclub and attacked him with knives after the pair stepped together following her breakup with Scott.
