Utilitarians Have Different Solutions to This Problem

According to the average utilitarian, that's going to be a good society to be in. But obviously it's not because everyone's unhappy except for the one guy. So utilitarians have various ways of dealing with this problem. One solution is to put maximums on people, maximums and minimums. And so who are the minimum in our society? Well, it's people with preexisting health conditions.
