"I always want to have a magic wand and always get excited by this question but the problem is that there are a lot of ideas immediately come so I cannot pick one. For me what has been quite of a transformational challenge for myself was going on this journey from this business perspective," he says. "Every single person gets to the point where they are passionately engaged with sustainability because they've understood how much we have to lose if we don't act now."
