Will Pence Respond to the Subpoena?
Pence's team signaled that he was in fact willing to at least provide some information. He has made it a little more difficult for himself because he wrote a lot about January 6 in his memoir. So far our former president Trump's team indicates that they do not intend to at this point challenge the subpoena. But of course always change their mind.
