Hempe is fully owned by a foundation. Every dollar we make goes back into the foundation. They help build schools and educate teachers, and then they give children in the developing world an education who would have otherwise not had one. When we sell paint, when wee sell paint to you to paint your house, or we do it to shipping companies for their vessels, all the proceeds go to doing good. And i think that's a hugemoe ater, not only for us as regular employees, but also for our leaders because they are working really hard. We want to give the leaders that experience of seeing our purpose in action.
