How to Make a Beer That Tastes Like Beer
If you're trying to make a no alcohol beer and an A beer, I'm going high mash temperature all the way. The closer you get to that 162 Fahrenheit or 72 C mark, the more alcohol there will absolutely be in the beer. We are talking about non alcoholic beer, not low alcohol beer. So so there's a reason that we're going to push that higher mash temperature just a little bit more.
