The Importance of Being a Good Instructor
In general, everyone seemed to like him. His first officer on this day was a woman. He had been helping her out since she was new. And most of the conversation in the cockpit was directed towards and aimed at this colleague who was apparently telling others that this captain was not a good instructor and he could not teach properly. Is this one of those people that has an issue with women just in general? I don't think so.
