72% of voters prefer slowing down the development of A.I., compared to just 8% who prefer speeding it up. 82% of voters don't trust tech executives to regulate A.I. 76% of voters believe artificial intelligence could pose a threat to the extent of the existence of the human race, including 75% of Democrats and 78% of Republicans.

A new survey from the AI Policy Institute shows that Americans are extremely concerns about AI and support regulation to slow it down.
