Duke Power was a huge client of Morgan Stanley and Bill Lee, the main office in Charlotte. We would go skiing together with the leadership of Duke Power and some of the senior people at Morgan Stanley. I got to know them and see how he treated people. So from that I learned more and more about how do you manage and how do you communicate with people.
