Do you think the extent to which the media chooses to pick up on some constitutional questions or not, whether driven by that dynamic or not, has an effect on what politicians feel they're able to do. Do you think journalists sort of feel confident enough in their understanding of the constitution? I'd say I'm not constitutionally literate enough, right?
