Most of the times like ADHD or something like that you get diagnosed by how much of a nuisance you are around others in class. dude i saw this joke on reddit that was um what it was pretty funny It's kind of a bummer that's part of dr. gabramate's whole whole thing is the myth of normal and he says we we live in a toxic culture. So these two things are what i recommend for people to start with there some people have more severe cases with ADHD and medication like ritalin atterol or vivans can be amazing for them.
