The Consensus on the Tick Size Rule

There's fairly broad consensus on a lot of aspects of the so-called tick size rule. On 605, it just doesn't sell as well when people get along on most of the points. We're supportive of reducing the access fees across the board. And by still allowing up to 10 mils, exchanges can incentivize. But rebates in our view cause a lot of distortion, extreme rebates.
