Non-Caziating Granuloma With Occasional Hystiocytic Giant Cells
The ultrasound showed this a regular hypoacolic mass which, of course, would lead to a biopsy just to roll out that it would be a cancer. Instead, we have a non-caziating granuloma with occasional hystiocytic giant cells. The negative acid-face, the still-astaining, probably rolls out TV and enough to where you wouldn't have to worry about that as much.
