For California, I feel like you have to have scale and be very integrated to succeed. Do you think safe banking is going to be kind of the catalyst that gets institutional capital in? I hope so, but I don't think so. The NASDAQ and New York Stock Exchange need to open up. That's really a good drive. But if it doesn't, we're still building scale with these companies right now.
