Dowd: Does experiencing art make us any smarter or more incitful, or more ampathetic? Dowe know, actually, i've just been involved in a series of studies on art and ampathy. But we've been looking not at visual art, though one could. I've been looking at narrative art, both in stories and in film. We're now doing a third study to see if we really, really got this effect.
