I was on SSRI, SSNI medications for 25 years off and on. I got off them by using my own methods that I talk about in the book. Medical doctors are trained in this sort of reductionist model where everything can be classified as a reductionist cause. Mental illness is the hardest illness to satisfy this reductionist model because you can't define it down to something. The brain is probably the most complicated entity on the face of this earth.
