How to Get to Sleep at 10 PM

If many people don't have experience with well good sleep, it's really hard for them to start trying. From the hours of 10 pm to 2 am, that's when your body is purely in a physical recovery stage. If you see somebody who routinely stays up to let's say 5 am, their mind just goes totally out the window. Like they literally show signs of psychosis because they're ignoring that stage of recovery. You need to get,. that's why I aim for 10 30 because that's a sweet spot. Yes, you can get the joy of night, but at the same time, you're balancing it out and not excessively passing that.
