The Importance of Equity and Liberation

I like to use the phrase generative discomfort, which I think is the space where real change happens. In that view, kind of already equity for those who are a part of the dominant culture means opening to more discomfort,. Not everyone is maybe on board for it but if we move beyond equity to liberation, then we're talking about breaking free from the systems themselves.
