Only 3% of the folks in tech are people of color or black and brown. We want to work with organizations that are out there looking to be at the forefront of developing leaders for the next generation. The tailwinds are an industry that are ripe with opportunities in tech. And we're doing, we're working with young adults and preparing them for those opportunities.
