Cesar: We decided that we wanted to measure the adoption of engineering standards across all of our organization. At the time, I think we approved around 15 engineering standards and once we rolled out this measurement system,. some standards were already there, but the adoption of different engineering standards was around 30%. And after the tool was rolled out and a communication campaignwas done in a span of two or three quarters, this went up to 90% of adoption. More standards have been approved, security standards, infrastructure, all across the board.
