The Transition to Industry and Leadership in Biotechnology
For a lot of folks who start out in that sort of academic research oriented headspace, right, the transition to industry is a difficult one. What was that transition like for you? Did it come naturally? I think you would probably be better to ask the people that had to manage me and when I made that transition because we value their signs. But at Sangam, we spend a lot of time understanding them as people before we employ them.
