The Importance of Caring

When I started my agency for the first two or three years, it was stuck. It wasn't doing anything. Once I stopped caring, I stopped making changes. And because we kept changing directions too quickly, it wasn't working. We're never going to get like, let's say, Oh, if I had a million followers. Like that would be amazing. But I know for a fact that once I get there, I'm going to getting bored of that. Do you know what I mean? Unless I actually enjoy that conversation, unless I actually enjoy them.
