How to Make Vietnamese Inspired Hot Dogs
There's a regular hot dog in a hot dog bun. It feels more romantic than it is delicious, I think. So what makes the Vietnamese inspired ones so yum? What's going on in there? Yeah, it's all about pimping up the sausage. We have these huge sausages. They've gone into delicious brioche buns. Some crispy fried onions from the Cook's ingredients range. And a little bit of Thai basil to add a lovely aniseed kick.
