Russian Troops on the Ukranian Border - It's Too Close for Comfort

Western leaders have expressed serious concern over what they describe as large and unusual concentrations of russian troops on the ukranian border. Russia is acutely aware several members of the nato defense alliance are in the region. And while ukraineis not in nato, it gets a lot of military support from the west too. All of this is too close for comfort for Russian president Vladimir putin. He wants to ta his importance in europe, create problems and then be seen to solve them.
