The Progogin Deal and the Russian Military

The initial report said that the deal was, from what I remember, it said Progogin, if he agrees to go to Belarus, basically fuck off. But how many of the MOD actually joined Wagner? We have any idea of how many defections they were. And so we probably won't know for some time exactly how that played out.
