Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Lower Back Pain
The Physicians Association is recommending like mindfulness-based stress reduction for lower back pain. John Cavinson, the person who founded the MBSR, said we need to do research on that. He had a PhD from MIT and he really knew that if we are one to bring this into mainstream society, we have to do research about it.
