The Importance of Being Insignificant

In cosmic insignificance therapy, you explain that realizing that we're insignificant can be liberating. We want to leave a legacy but how do those ambitions fit into this idea that ultimately we're just a blip on the landscape of time and our existence can never leave the legacy? I'm not sure that any of us could say why somebody who writes something and profoundly moves a handful of his or her contemporaries and is forgotten about a hundred years from now.
