Service Lead Sales - What's the Difference?
There's a huge difference to be servant led than to be service led. I came out of a sales channel that would always say this, our service response time is x number of hours and we're here to provide great service. To me, a servant is pro active to serve, right? Where as service is reactive, service is reactionary. It also brings to mine, like my accountant, i don't get in trouble with the tax authorities and then go to him and say, hey, can you fix this?
