I like filmore east a lot, the kind of souped up ditches, brew sketches of spain. I think just the whole collaboration of the gersins and other people of their ilk with the harlem renaissance very interesting. The idea of prophets being strangers in their own country is more or less what has happened to jas but i don't think it's dead. You see musicians now coming from all kinds of places that you would not think of such as azubijan and indanesia. And there are still people who enjoy classical jess will make it a survive.
