The Importance of Being Tough

Bob Greene: There are certain crimes that it's not just what the criminal did to the direct recipient of whatever the issue was, but it sort of violated us all as a community. He says anybody who was wronged by it can feel free to lodge a complaint and sue the person or bring criminal charges. Greene: The proper thing to do is just say tough. I don't think even among the tightly knit community, they would just say "tough"
