Darren Moore: We're going to build something that addresses all five of those needs. The first issue was mental health and suicide prevention, the second was reliable transportation for single moms,. Third thing was more foster families, families who are in foster care and helping them stay in it. Fourth thing is that kids were aging out of foster care and most of them go to prison or they get pregnant. And the last thing was temporary housing for kids who are in state custody in the child welfare system.
