James Webb: I don't think we're going to have definitive proof of life on other planets that we've detected with telescopes for decades, maybe evera hundreds of years. He says it's really, really tricky to confirm conclusively that you have detected life, this thing called a bio signature. And there no way to really be conclusive about it unless you could actually go there and land and take a look around., he adds.
