How to Dismantle Negative Beliefs
"I really wanted to have my first son with a natural birth. I had a 40 hour labor ending an emergency C section, exact opposite of what he could have hoped for," she says. "So in some ways that looks like that wasn't perfect... But it was. I mean, the alternative is we both die and that's what would have happened 150 years ago without modern medicine." She urges people to get rid of negative beliefs around being unlucky or being God forbid cursed.
