How to Listen to SDRs on Discovery Calls

I'm curious your thoughts on like, how do we even SDR is listening? And they're like, okay, well, you have all this context because you're in the deal. I think that SDRs should listen to at least some of those calls to the comment. So multi threading doesn't mean just like always going below them. It means going to a different person in a different place and figuring that out. Sometimes it's furthering that information so that you can start to build that case within the organization.
