The Maintenance Phase Origin Story

The maintenance phase origin story is not that exciting. It's so I years ago, my co host, Michael Hobbs had been working on a story that was published called everything you know about obesity is wrong. He contacted me to see if I would be willing to do an interview. At that point, I was writing anonymously and the idea of talking to a reporter was like terrifying to me. So I just straight up ghosted him for like a couple of years. And then yeah, it's not a move. Not my finest moment.
