Sally Kohn: Having high standards is not a bad thing, you can have those and work towards them. But when i'm then looking at any concern over mistakes or failure avoidance, that i'm going to pull in this other thread that helps me manage that differently. And so that focus is going to look at the byin sort of asking myself this question, like, is it worth it? Why would i do this thing that has the potential for failure?"
