Amanda: I think sometimes we see people with varying degrees of skill in utilizing tracking systems. She says for new technicians, a lot of people just don't know where to start a tracking system like any other computer system is scary at first. Amanda: On our tracking systems, we have each area and then obviously they're scan points. So you scan your trades to those specific areas and then from there you can put in qualities,. You can assign people to trades. It's helping them realize that you can't mess up this tracking system.
