The Blues: A Different Version of the Vervakey

The blues has at its base, the this kind of recognition of the tragedy of human experience. And yet it's married up with in a way that's very difficult to kind of describe or see how you would flesh it out. That kind of vision can put together authenticity in our faces facing difficulties but at the same time a redemptive sense and that's one of the ways that art works for me is a kind of aesthetic of that type.
