Not Everyone Is Fit to Be a Manager
Not everyone is fit to be a manager. There's been people in my company who have quit because they di not have good manager. The most challenging thing would be on boarding a new hire. You really don't know much about this person before the interview. They're on board, but you could totally suck, and your responsibile has got to get back on track. So i think that has been one of the more challenging things about being a manager.
