Are on Line Opinions Meaningful?

Do we have any sense on are these opinions expressed almost casually ly and in no way translate into sort of actual potential, anything potential that could affect regime security or solidity? In other words, i've got lots of opinions on a lot of things, and when i'm expressing them on line, they're the least meaningful. Things that i believe that i will translate into action are a different set. And it's hard to differetiate when looking at on line discourse. What are fervently held beliefs that could translate into action, whether that's positive or or negative? The type of expression that seems to indicate a stronger likelihood of being translated into activism or any specific behavior.
