You're Not Able to Fly a Kite in Public
This is from the Metropolitan Police Act of 1893. You're not allowed to fly a kite in public, it's where it should be between you and God. This law would be used if the police are having an issue with somebody and they are looking for a reason to arrest them,. So someone is potentially going to be a problematic person whilst they are drunk. The police can come in and use this act to arrest them. That's awful. Just think of the children. And there was a committee, Mothers Against Planks of Wood in public. I thought a lot of these would be like holdovers from Oliver Cromwell.
