How to Segment and Organize Exercises According to Energy System

I believe you really need to segment your workouts and your exercises according to energy system that is being trained about a year ago I did a series of podcasts on energy system training so you should go back and revisit those. Kind of just doing a lot of everything and mixing up various types of exercises into a single workout is not very effective in the long run. You could do two hangboard sessions per week one of them would be the 753 protocol with weight added to train maximum strength, then a few days later you would do a repeater workout like the 7-3 repeater workout  for performance.
