Tennessee Rep. Justin Jones, one of the members who was expelled, said in a clip that his words were "insurgent" House Speaker John Yancey called it an insurrection to take over the house floor and try to overthrow government. CNN's Jake Tapper says he doesn't think this is about race but rather how people feel they should be treated by society. He asks why these two figures in particular were targeted and removed.
