Shelley Kohn: Not your average 16 year old decides they want to be a CEO and start striving toward that goal. When you wanted to become a CEO, you went straight into sales because you were laser focused on that CEO goal. You left IBM after a really healthy career there because you knew you needed to be somewhere else where the opportunities were going to come faster downstream.
