How to Deal With a Fight or Argument
There's always going to be stuff where you like collect this baggage, whether it's from our childhood or ex-partners and then we bring it into the new relationship. So ask yourself after a fight: Are you getting closer? Are you understanding each other better? Are you growing? Are you evolving? Are you learning about each other? Or are you walking around with resentment and contempt for each other? The worst is when you go from zero to 100 in an instant.
