Is Medium a Publisher?

Yhou has launched three startups based around the same idea: making it easier for people to publish stuff digitly, right's a blogger. So when you launched metium, i was a little confused. What is v trying to solve here that he hasn't already solved? There must be doing something else. I think we resolved that medium publishes stuff, but that's not your corps business. Your corps business is, we are a platform for people to publishing stuff. That's something we're playing with. It's not a, it's not a tag line. But  that does sound familiar.
